ΚΡΑΣΙ BRILLA PINOT NOIR 750ml

Brilla! Pinot Noir (Pinot Nero) Trevenezie IGT is a single-variety dry Italian red wine made from 100% Pinot Noir from Northern Italy (Tre Venezie). It features the collection's signature aesthetic with its distinctive embossed bottle.

• Appearance: Light ruby with garnet highlights, typical of the variety.
• Aromas: Dominated by red fruit aromas (cherry, raspberry, wild strawberry), complemented by floral notes (violet & rose) and subtle spices (cinnamon & clove).
• Palate: Light to medium body with a silky texture, soft tannins and balanced acidity. The finish is persistent with a fruity sensation and light mineral notes.
• Vinification: Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks to preserve the purity and freshness of the grape's primary aromas.

It pairs exceptionally well with light meat dishes (chicken, veal), pasta with red sauces, charcuterie boards and semi-hard cheeses. Best served slightly chilled at 14 - 16°C to fully bring out its fruity character.
